College has its fair share of challenges, but a few clever tricks and tips can make a big difference.
Each week, a fellow student will share a life hack that has helped them navigate campus life, whether saving money, staying organized, or making dorm living a little easier.
This week, Clay Thomas, a junior Finance major, shares his favorite study hack and how he saves money on groceries.
“I have found that making flash cards on Quizlet is the best way that I retain the information I need to,” said Thomas.
Flashcards are a simple yet effective tool for students to quiz themselves before exams, helping with memorization and recall.
“I shop exclusively at Aldi because everything there is extremely discounted, which is clutch because I try not to spend a ton on groceries,” said Thomas.
For Thomas, staying on top of school and saving money go hand in hand. Using Quizlet flashcards helps him retain information for exams, while shopping at Aldi keeps his grocery bill low, two small habits that make a big impact.
College is tough enough; hacks make it easier. Tune in next week for more tips!
